Rights to Artwork and Images

All artwork, images and graphics are the sole property of Bethan Rose Fine Art and may not be used by any third party without written permission from the artist.

Copying or reproducing artwork created by Bethan Rose Fine Art is strictly prohibited.
Bethan Rose Fine Art retains all rights to all artwork until it has been purchased by a private or public collector at which time the collector receives the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
Bethan Rose Fine Art retains all rights to the images of all artwork before and after they have been sold.

Bethan Rose Fine Art retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artworks created by Bethan Rose Fine Art.

All images which include artwork created by Bethan Rose Fine Art in a third party publication (such as social media, magazine articles or books) must come with the attribution of the artwork title and artist's name. All other uses must be agreed with written permission from the artist.

Shipping and Returns
​
Artworks will be packed securely to a high standard. In the UK, deliveries will be sent via tracked Royal Mail. Original artworks are posted with insurance to the artworks value. Overseas deliveries will be posted with similar features where possible with secure and timely delivery being the priority. Items are shipped within 5-7 business days following the date of purchase.

All sales of original artworks are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase will incur a 20% restocking and re-marketing fee.
​
Print returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. This timeline is flexible during the winter holiday season when shipping delays may be expected.
​
Bethan Rose Fine Art asks that clients return prints in their original packaging or of the same standard they were delivered in. All prints posted in tubes must be returned with both end caps. Bethan Rose Fine Art will not provide a refund for artwork that is damaged back in transit due to poor packaging.
​
Bethan Rose Fine Art is not liable for any mishandling, damages or failed delivery by shipping services. Bethan Rose Fine Art handles these situations on a case by case basis.
​
Damaged Print:
If a print is damaged in transit, the client must photograph the packaging and artwork and contact the artist immediately. Clients may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and Bethan Rose Fine Art offers the client a reprint, the artwork must be returned to the artist at the client’s cost. Once the damaged artwork has been received by the artist, she will then send a new print for the client at no extra cost. The artwork will be replaced as soon as possible, allowing for any other orders already in progress at that time. Bethan Rose Fine Art is unable to replace prints damaged after delivery and highly recommends that clients keep their artwork away from possible water or heat damage and handle the artwork with care when framing and stretching.

Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen:
In the unlikely circumstance that a parcel has been marked “delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found, Bethan Rose Fine Art advises that client's check their confirmation email to ensure that they have entered the correct shipping address at the point of purchase. Bethan Rose Fine Art is unable to replace orders free of charge if the shipping address was entered incorrectly on the client's behalf. If the parcel has been returned to Bethan Rose Fine Art, it may be posted to the client's correct address providing they pay for the additional postage. If the client's address is correct and they believe their parcel to have been lost or stolen, the client must contact the shipping service immediately. Bethan Rose Fine Art cannot be held directly responsible for failed delivery or theft issues. If a parcel is unable to be delivered and is returned to Bethan Rose Fine Art, it may be posted to the client's address providing they pay for the additional postage. Bethan Rose Fine Art is unable to resend orders free of charge that have not been delivered or have been lost or stolen.

VAT, Duties or Taxes
If an overseas delivery incurs any VAT, duties or tax of any sort, the client is solely responsible for these payments. Bethan Rose Fine Art cannot be held responsible for any additional charges which may occur.

Changes to Terms
​
Bethan Rose Fine Art reserves the right to change the terms under which www.bethanrosefineart.com is offered. The most current version of the terms will supersede all previous versions. Bethan Rose Fine Art encourages you to periodically review the terms to stay informed of any updates.
